Ramhari Timsina blends traditional yogic wisdom with academic knowledge. Since 2059 B.S., he has studied Hatha Yoga, Mantra Yoga and Dhyan Yoga under Yogi Shivashakti Nath.

He studied Yoga Science at Tribhuvan University and continues researching Nath Yoga and Shatkarma. His teaching focuses on yoga anatomy, Sanatan Hatha Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Pranayama, Meditation, Bandha, Mudra and Yoga Philosophy.

He is also trained in Himalayan Sound Bowl Healing and Reiki.
