What We Collect
Only what you type into our booking or contact form, plus the basic technical information every website receives.
- Your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
- Your age, weight and gender when you give them, used to plan a safe practice and to arrange shared rooms.
- Your program, dates, room preference, number of guests and your message.
- Standard website records such as the page you visited and your browser type.
Why We Need It
We use your details to reply to you, to hold your place, to arrange your room and meals, and to prepare classes that suit you. When you send the form you agree to us using your details in these ways.
Who Can See It
Your details go to the school inbox and are seen only by the people who arrange bookings and teaching.
- We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We share only what is needed with the services that run our website and email, and with trek or transport partners when your booking needs them.
- We may share information if the law of Nepal requires it.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after about two years. Booking and certificate records are kept longer, because students often ask us to confirm their training years later.

This website uses only the cookies WordPress needs to work and to load pages faster. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work.
